We use local third-party carriers (Porter and similar) to bring your dessert from our kitchen to your door.
Our packaging is built for the commute - insulated, sealed, and designed to keep the product safe and fresh through the delivery window in Delhi NCR conditions.
We do not use cold-chain delivery right now. If in the unlikely case your product arrives spoiled or damaged, our Refund & Replacements Policy covers you.

Once your order is dispatched, we can't change the address. So we request you to kindly pick up the call.

If your order can't be delivered - no one at the address, address inaccessible, delivery refused - and the package comes back to us, a re-delivery will cost another ₹99 delivery fee, which you'll need to pay before we send it out again.

Issues after dispatch — once your order leaves our kitchen and is with the courier, we're not responsible for what happens to it in transit, though our Refund & Replacements Policy applies if the product arrives damaged or spoiled
